"My husband and I often talk about how lucky we feel that we found Seth. Truthfully, being taught by Seth has been life-changing. We adopted our pup as a 4 month old who would grow to be a large dog. My husband and I have only had small to medium dogs in our family all our lives and we were also expecting our second child, so we knew we had to make sure we committed as much time and energy as possible to train our pup before the baby came. We started with puppy classes with Seth and learned the fundamentals of leash pressure and rewards. It was so eye-opening to learn methods that felt very natural and intuitive. She was already a smart pup (part Australian cattle dog and shepherd) and she thrived with the structure and accountability Seth taught us to provide to her. He also emphasized how important it was to meet her where she was at in terms of age and energy and I really appreciated his emphasis on that structure and accountability while reminding us to give her lots of love and breaks.

After the puppy classes, we decided to go for private and group sessions to continue her consistency and exposure to other dogs. A shining moment for us was after maybe our 3rd private session, we took her to a park and let her leash go so she could roam with lots of distractions for the first time (squirrels, people, kids, bikes, other dogs) and she listened to every ‘leave it’ and ‘come’ command despite all those things. We were floored and thoroughly impressed!!

I’m the type of person who asks a ton of questions when learning and constantly peppered Seth with questions during our sessions and he always gave us really clear and concise directions. He was consistent with the principles he applied, which made his lessons and advice easy to follow, and any time we were confused, he was very patient with repeating with us. You can tell he loves what he does and loves dogs and truly believes in their capabilities. He’s also hilarious and entertaining, breaking things down with real world examples.

We also did a 2 week board and train to train Sesame on an e-collar and Seth was super patient with her and us and though it took some time for us to get used to it and learn it, she’s a rockstar and we have so much confidence with her being off leash with the e-collar now. 

In all honesty, it took a lot of work and discipline to learn and train ourselves and hold ourselves accountable to being consistent with her training and Seth was there with us every step of the way, answering every question and giving suggestions. If you are willing to learn and truly want to create a strong bond with your dog, I cannot recommend Seth enough."

"YAY SETH!!! A shout out and a hallelujah to Seth for my dog's Board and Train - it was a miracle transformation. My dog Trouper is a high-energy 7 year old Australian Shepherd. He knew a few basic commands prior to board & train, but had never been good at leash walking, was highly reactive to other dogs and also people (fear aggression). Last week I picked my husband up at the airport and was able to park and take the dog inside with me. His heel was perfect, he ignored all the stuff going on around him (people, suitcases, other dogs, sliding doors) and sat by my side every time I paused. My husband didn't recognize us at first because prior to Seth's amazing training, I would never have been able to take Trouper into a place like that. In addition to the board & train, there was a thorough session at our home to show us how to handle the dog and maintain the skills. Training also includes group classes to practice all we learned. Trouper also has mastered the Place command. He sticks his "stay" and mastered "come" even in very distracting circumstances. YAY SETH!!! "We can’t say enough great things about Seth! We brought home our sweet boy Coco from a ranch a few years ago. We knew he needed some work when we saw how much energy he had and wouldn’t listen to anything we said. He took the time to educate us on his breed and the type of lifestyle he required. 

We started with private sessions and commands which were super helpful to get him comfortable with us. We then moved to group sessions where Coco trained around other dogs. Once he passed his group class level and understood his commands we noticed he would blow us off when he didn’t have the prong collar on so we took it to the next step and decided to start e-collar training.
