Cancellation Policy
DawgFluent has a 48-hour cancelation policy. If you do not cancel/reschedule your private lesson within the 48-hour period, that lesson will be deducted from your package.
All packages expire in 12 months from the purchase date. Once the first lesson is completed, there are no refunds.

Health and Safety
Dawgfluent LLC has health and safety procedures for all animals in its care.
Dogs signed up for Board and Train Programs must show proof of vaccinations prior to pickup day.
Owners understand that even though DawgFluent LLC does everything it can to prevent disease and illness that their dog(s) can subjected to airborne illneses.

Training and Liability
The owner fully understands the method, tools, and techniques that are used to train or modify behavior such as; prong collars, slip leash/collars, bark collars, ecollars, muzzles, and flat collars.
The owner of the dog agrees that DawgFluent will not be held responsible for any and all claims of injury, expense, costs, loss, and control by the actions of the dog when the dog is NOT in the sole custody of DawgFluent.
The owner knows that if the dog is not in exclusive custody, care, or control, the owner agrees to not hold DawgFluent liable for any and all claims of injury, expense, costs, loss, and control.​

Discounts
We offer a 10% discount to; first responders, veterans, teachers, students, Sephora employees, and healthcare workers.​

Dogs who have been adopted from a shelter or foster program receive a 10% discount.
​
If two packages are purchased at the same time, the second is discounted at 25%.​
​
Discounts cannot be combined with any other discounts.

Media
Dawgfluent LLC may use photographs and video footage of dogs in web and print content, including but not limited to, Instagram, Facebook, DawgFluent LLC's website and other marketing materials
PR
Payment and Refunds
Consultations are $100 and needs to be paid to secure date/time. Board and Train Program deposits are non-refundable and must be sent to secure boarding dates. The remainder of the program balance must be paid by the dog's dropoff date.​​
All packages expire 12 months from purchase date. Once the first lesson has been completed or Program dog has completed one week of their Program there are no refunds.
